Ate here recently for my Dad's birthday and it was so good! Hadn't tried it before and we all loved it! The interior had a nice, family-friendly atmosphere, fun Chinese decor, and the service was impeccable too For a party of 5, we ordered: * Pork Fried Rice * Chicken Chow Mein * Beef Broccoli * Kung Pao Chicken * Orange Chicken * Egg rolls This was a group of 4 men and one woman and we had plenty of food and even some leftover! The portions were big and the dishes were loaded with plenty of meats, veggies, etc. The Kung Pao dish had really yummy peanuts and water chestnuts, loaded with chicken, and the right level of spicy heat, not too much. The egg rolls were fried to perfection, crispy, a little flaky, not too greasy and loaded yummy filling. Everything was 5 stars, except for one dish: the orange chicken was too chewy and not crispy enough. The orange chicken sauce was lacking some citrus flavor and garlic or onion flavor, but overall we were pleased. And the tea kettle they left at our table to refill our tea cups on our own as we needed was a nice touch! Will definitely be back again

The food here at Al Palace is just consistently delicious year after year. Tried something new tonight, the peppered beef and it was absolutely outstanding. We had prompt service tonight and as always, I love the decor. Can't wait to come back.

The Mongolian Beef had nearly no beef in it. Next time we'll ask for double beef. Also it still needed a splash of soy sauce. The Singapore Noodle was average. It too needed a splash of soy sauce.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Al Palace Chinese Cuisine in Azusa, California, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The entire ambiance of the restaurant was fantastic, creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience. One highlight of my meal was the cheese wontons. They were simply outstanding and easily the best I have had in a long time. The combination of crispy wonton wrappers and creamy, flavorful cheese filling was a true delight for my taste buds. Another dish that stood out was the eggrolls. They were generously sized, making them perfect for sharing between three people. The crispy exterior and deliciously seasoned filling made for a satisfying appetizer. I also had the pleasure of trying the fresh green tea, which was a pleasant surprise. The tea was of excellent quality and served in a beautiful tea set, adding a touch of elegance to the dining experience. Despite its small size, the restaurant felt cozy and intimate, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The staff, particularly Amber, our waitress, was exceptional. She was attentive, friendly, and ensured that we had everything we needed throughout our meal. One thing worth mentioning is the lunch specials offered at Al Palace. The portions were impressively large and could easily be shared between two or three people. Not only were the portions generous, but the prices were also very reasonable, making it a great value for the quality and quantity of food provided. Overall, I highly recommend Al Palace Chinese Cuisine. The combination of delicious food, cozy ambiance, attentive service, and reasonable prices make it a standout dining option in Azusa. Whether you're dining solo or with a group, you're sure to have a memorable and satisfying experience at Al Palace.
